This is one of very few acquisitions that have been achieved in South East Asia in the F&F industry and will greatly strengthen Bell’s position in South East Asia while allowing Sillage to take the next steps to significant growth backed by this global family company.
Trevor as the exclusive buy side advisor for Bell, led the efforts in identifying suitable targets and initiating discussions right through to negotiations and the close.
